Sugar is responsible for obesity, diabetes, depression, etc etc. Take the right step, cut the sugar out of your life, try 15% less today, or for a month, see how you are doing, maybe 15% next month, or quite it all at once, it's up to you, as least it is up to you until the supply
drys up. If you are growing sugar cane or sugar beets for refined sugar, grow less, the world consumption of sugar will drop quickly once the evidence is common knowledge.
