Mushroom Pickers Dog shot near Revelstoke. The young couple learning to pick mushrooms, are totally heart broken. We will not have any pine mushroom this week, but will be at Granville Island with Chanterelles from Vancouver Island this Thursday and will try to bring in pines next week.
The shooting took place within view of the Young Pickers but the shooter driving a black pickup truck was not identified. The dog was large, never barked at or bit anyone, and was like a family member to Kyle and Meagon.
Louis will be at market at 10am Thursday.
