Ukraine Tools for Self Government

     The Self Government of  Canada, The Garden Party, is Sending Six Shovels to Ukraine, tools for peace.  As more of Ukraine is moving towards Self Government and staying out of the collapsing Capitalist Systems  more help might be necessary. We do have excess Pea Seed, perhaps we can get them on those fighter jets Harper is sending to Europe.
