      Why are government finance meetings always behind closed doors?  Announcements made long after decisions were made? To give time for those with inside information to line up their ducks, a step ahead of others.  It is amazing how everything that has to do with money, will corrupt. Why else for the Secret Budgets?  That is why the Garden Party will not give its Minister of Finance any Funds.  Nor pay any traveling expenses.  No Pay Either. We in the Garden Party who do not have any doors to have meetings behind, claim to have the First Finance Minister that has not had his hand in the cookie jar, we didn't have any cookies.
