Stop Nuclear Plants

There are more than 400 nuclear functioning plants in the world,  70 being built.   The new ones must be stopped, and the rest safely wound down.   We now know that not a single nuclear plant is safe from the forces of nature, human error, or deliberate sabotage.  If one is in your area start the process to close it down.
